Gratefulness in a meaningful way!
I come across a lot of posts these days saying:
🤦♂️"If you're stressed about low pay, job security, etc. feel better by thinking about the life of some of the most stressful jobs in the world from doctors to army to those who work in tough physical environments."💁♂️
While I get what you're trying to say, I think that's really bad advice. ❌
Being grateful is great, we all should be.
But the solution to such stress is "Finding ways to get what you deserve" and working towards that.
Stress happens when things aren't in your control. 🎉
Here are some ways to think about it:
Job security stress?? Find ways to be irreplaceable or be your own boss by building something useful.
Low pay stress? Find a better one where you are valued.
The real disease here is the sense of entitlement.🤐
There is solution to most problems if you are willing to find a way.
